Return's Policy

If you're a consumer buying from us at a distance, UK law gives you the right to cancel most orders. Where this applies, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind, without needing a reason — please contact us first so we can guide you through it.

Returned items should be unused and in the condition they arrived in, with any original packaging. For a change-of-mind return, postage back to us is at your cost; once we've received and checked the item, we refund you to your original payment method.

If something arrives faulty, incorrect, or not as described, that's on us — we cover reasonable return costs and refund or replace it in full.

A small number of items are excluded from the standard cancellation right, as UK law permits; we'll always tell you if that applies before you order. Beyond those specific cases, orders are not automatically final — get in touch and we'll sort it out.
